Zelensky in the US With a Side of Russian Nuclear Missiles

First, President Volodymyr Zelensky is in the US and will see President Joe Biden in the White House later. And yes, I am leaning a lot on Yigal Levin for this. The first is that he was awarded this week during his trip to the United States, and his speech, even if partial, points to the thinking in Kyiv:

An excerpt from the speech of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during his speech on the occasion of receiving The Golden Plate Award, which was presented to him by the American Academy of Achievement.

“That’s why they must lose, and we don’t have much time. The next few months will be decisive in this war, Russia’s war against Ukraine and all of you, because this is Russia’s war against freedom itself. We have little time to determine what the outcome will be, and we must determine it. Not Russia, not their bloody allies. We must be faster. We must not lose a few months of war, so as not to lose the next decades. Ukraine has a plan to win, and I will present this plan to America, first of all to President Biden, to Congress, to both presidential candidates, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, and to all of our global allies. And I believe that this must be our common achievement — victory in the name of freedom, without compromise at the expense of freedom.”
