Well, remember that some Russian sources were hinting at this. The pattern is there, which is why I pay attention to it. So this morning, news of a possible agreement crossed the wire. Here is one of those posts. So we are clear, this is a Ukrainian source:

Russia is going to leave the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant?

According to the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, the withdrawal of troops will be part of an agreement between Kyiv, Moscow and the IAEA. Both sides have already agreed not to fire at the nuclear power plant and not to fire from its territory.

The Russians have already begun to prepare for a new gesture of goodwill in the military corporative public.

We know they have already withdrawn from frontline positions. Dmitri, of Wartranslated.com, got this lovely from Russian channels.

Bulbe has this to say as well. He was one of the first to hint this was coming. He has been a critic for some time:
