A few days ago, I wrote about the possible pullback of Russia from the Zaporizhia Nuclear Station. The rumors were that the plant would be first transferred to the IAEA, and then to Kyiv. Well, some of the Z channels hear things from people in the know because this is now official. There are negotiations underway.

There are a few things to be said about this. Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency is a consummate diplomat. They will do all they can to get this plant under their watchful eye. At this point, not accusing either side of bombing it, in other words, we can’t determine the direction of the bombing is pure diplomacy. I say this because less than a week ago, it was clear:

The shelling of ZNPP, which began on November 19 in the evening and continued on November 20 in the morning, was one of the most intense in recent months.

As a result of Russian shelling, buildings and equipment were damaged. At the same time, the explosions thundered near the reactors.
