Artillery has been fired at the plant. It’s as if Russia wants to do as much damage as it can, hopefully, short of a meltdown on the way out. There have been rumors in some Russian channels that this was going to happen, and now it’s widespread.

This matters. Russia is getting ready to pull out of yet another area they know it cannot openly control. At the same time, there are increasing rumors of martial law and either a second partial or full mobilization.
