Well, I am sure you have been told this. A pound a week is far more sustainable than faster weight loss. Also, a diet (anything you eat is your diet) that you can live with is also important. So far, lost over 20 pounds. I am tracking calories, and doing the exercise and keeping to a pound a week.
I have absolutely zero forbidden foods. It is literally nutrient-rich, salads, veggies, fruits, or calorie rich. And yes, keeping to max carbs, and try to get my protein as well. And I make sure that we eat tasty food to boot.
