We need to have discussions about this internally. But we are nowhere where Russia is.

I covered courts in a previous life. FB posts were in evidence many a times. Defense lawyers, it’s their job, tried to keep them out of what a jury might see in the discovery process.

Judges went through warrants. A few times they threw posts out, either as non relevant, or for propriety. One case did not move beyond that stage. Ergo it never reached a jury.

That would never happen in modern day Russia.

We have a lot of things to fix. Our legal system has issues. Among them how it treats people with money , those without and then there is the melanin content. Yes, racial bias is very real, even palpable.

But no, the FBI does not monitor social media as a matter of course. If they did… and I am far from a fan of the FBI, or your local cops starting.
