Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba is sure that the Russian leadership has received a number of warnings from world countries, including those who are not allies of Ukraine, about the inadmissibility of nuclear blackmail. This forced the Russian authorities to change their past plans for the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, although it is not guaranteed that they will not invent new ones.
