We have statistics.
While a minority of people who are obese will go live long healthy lives, the majority will not.
While a minority of people are thin on the outside, fat in the inside, that does not mean all thin people are metabolically unwell.
You do you, but don’t expect the rest of us to agree.
And yes, I follow a keto diet. But I prefer to keep my toes, my kidneys and my mind. Chiefly, I would rather keep those sixty pounds at bay.
One more thing, believe it or not exercise is pretty much useless to lose weight.
This defense of the current food system is a problem. Can’t wait for the addictive junk to be taxed. And if all you eat is brócoli, and chicken, and other non highly processed foods, like the example you gave…I guarantee you will lose weight.
