⚡️Leaders of the Baltic States: the Russian Federation must be stopped, criminals under the tribunal

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda called the attack "an unprecedented Russian attack on civilian infrastructure":

"The destruction of a large dam is a war crime that directly threatens thousands of people. Russia must answer for this. And Ukraine must win this war to stay safe!"

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna also tweeted:

"This war crime will result in ecocide, massive economic damage and the displacement of thousands of people. Those who have committed war crimes should be brought before a special tribunal."

Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics, who will take over as president in July, said:

"Russia is a terrorist state and must be stopped. We must step up support for Ukraine and bring war criminals to justice"
