Update on China vs. Ukraine and Other Geopolitical Stories
So now we have an update on what is happening with Chinese troops serving in Ukraine. The good news is that China is not directly involved in the war. The bad news is that Russia has found a new source of cannon fodder.

Is China at War with Ukraine?
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that two Chinese citizens who fought in the Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk region have been captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the first time. Zelensky posted a video on his Telegram channel in which one of the prisoners most likely uses gestures to show how he fought off a drone attack.
Zelensky said that the prisoners had documents confirming their affiliation with China. Nothing was said about the military papers of the servicemen of the People’s Army of China. The news managed to excite even the Americans, who had already managed to express concern. In Kyiv, Chinese diplomats were summoned for a conversation at the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As far as we know, it is impossible to talk about the full participation of the Chinese army in the war on the side of Russia. But Chinese citizens and professional Chinese military personnel are indeed participating in the fighting. Let’s figure…
