Last night one of the channels on Telegram I follow went nuts. Reports of anti-aircraft fire came from Kursk, Belgorod, and Voronezh. Soon after an ammo depot in Belgorod cooked off.
Belgorod is well within Tochka range. Voronezh is too deep. So that had to be something else, assuming it was not trigger happy anti-air crews.
The other two announced no damage, and this morning the Russians claimed they shot down a Bayaktar TB2 in the Kursk Oblast. Like the helicopter strike over a month ago, Ukraine is not admitting to any of this in an obvious way. The need for line of sight makes this a tad interesting. Here are the stats for the Bayaktar, because both Kursk and Voronezh are within its range.
