To be honest, not that I want to test the theory…I don’t think most of the arsenal works. It requires maintenance. Also, it’s not just one pers9n giving the order. I don’t think the order would be obeyed.

The danger was there, highest imo on Victory Day. It’s still there, it’s not zero. But it’s not as large as we all feared.
