There are two likely groups. One is the Winds of Change, the other the Legion of Freedom. The latter has volunteers fighting for Ukraine as well.

So yes, things are building towards something major. And the young who can, like their grand abs great grandparents at the pound of the Russian Revolution have already emigrated, or are in the process.
