There is a registry of people who have lost weight and kept it off. None of what you describe to keep it off is off the norm.

I am part of that club by the way. Been able to lose and maintain now for close to three years.
One serious caveat. In the last month or two i started eating a low carb diet, high fat diet. Why? There is science. Hyper-insulemia, high insulin levels, which lead to insulin resistance, which the standard American diet leads to, is directly related to obesity.
I got stuck at what my RD said was a set point, high still after losing 50 plus pounds. Guess what? I started to lose again following this, and I suspect it will be even easier to maintain.
It may even help reverse my diabetes
