The morning decision overturning Roe is hardly a surprise. To those paying attention, and Justice Clarence Thomas made it clear in a concurrent opinion, they are not done.

Their intent is to overturn every privacy decision of the last fifty years. In short, what this court intends is a radical agenda divorced from any sense of modernity.

It is Christo-Fascism.

It rejects the modern world in ways that push all of us back to an era when women could not have a bank account or own property. It is a place where Gays have no rights, mixed marriages don’t exist, and privacy is nonexistent.

Reminder five of these justices were appointed by men who did not win the popular vote. George Bush won due to a decision from the Court that essentially stopped the count of legally cast votes in Florida. Three were appointed by Donald Trump, who is openly fascist and uses mob tactics.

This is the tyranny of a minority that is trying hard to return the country to an era where women and minorities knew their place. They are attacking all privacy. In that concurrent opinion, Thomas is clear, that they are going after contraception, LGBTQ rights, and mixed marriages.

That he happens to be in one makes it even more ironic. But just as the abortion…
