The Russian World is a Dystopia

When looking at Russia, one has to wonder what went so wrong that the hope of 1991 has become the nightmare of the present. It’s not just the war and the war crimes committed every day. The latest involves the castration and later murder of a Ukrainian military member and the bombing of a POW camp.
