The only limit in a diet are medical. Celiacs and gluten intolerance come to mind. However, it’s become a fad. Thanks to these folks we have some choices that would not exist otherwise.

Limiting carbs if you are diabetic is another.

However, our highly processed food systems can lead to calorie dense, low quality food.

I loved this piece though.
