The long arc has a Russian offensive that froze six months ago. Nobody who is responsible called that a Ukrainian victory. However, there is a lot riding on this offensive.

And there is some noise within Russia that makes me nervous. Not the civil war by the way. Hope to be dead wrong on that one.
