The Logistics Crisis Gets Worse

I first want to highlight how the gas crisis is stressing Russian society. Not at the plant level, but at the gas stations. I expect these fights to come to a town near you once they include meat, eggs, bread, and the usual basic foodstuffs. So bear that in mind as you read this. Also, pay attention to the role of the police here. Because police are becoming less available, and it is being substituted by military vets and others. This happened at the end of the Soviet Union as well. And we started to see this take shape in the far east over the last year or two.

But chiefly, notice that people are now fighting each other. That this is not surprising because in societies like Russia, this happens. There is little solidarity from region to region, let alone city to city. Or, for that matter, between neighbors. So enjoy this:
