The Harris- Trump Debate Through Foreign Press

Yes, this time, I did watch the debate. Given how much I have asked Democrats to do it, her appeal to Polish Americans due to the Ukraine war was the highlight of the night. It was a fleeting appeal, with precise numbers: 800,000 in Pensilvania. I say, “Good going.” And I know most debate watchers probably missed this.

However, unlike the Biden-Trump debate (which I did not watch; I was too busy with Lobo), the translation experience matched the real-time experience in the United States, save Russia. Yes, Kamala Harris won the debate in foreign media. So first, let me show you an Arab Telegram Channel, then Excélsior in México City, and then we will do Russia.

First, the Arab channel:

Debate finished.

Harris definitely won it, whether you agree with her policies or not.

Trump spent 90 minutes talking about what’s wrong with America, but never mentioned how to fix it, except ‘make the border strong.’

Harris’ talks touched on actual policy, and she seemed to have a plan for change, or at least that’s what she’s riding on. She was also very strong on abortion.

Mind you, early on, he admitted he did not like either candidate. And from where he sits, I can’t blame him. Middle East policy will not change much, and that…
