As to nukes, it’s not zero, but the risk imo is greatly diminished. It was at its greatest threat on Victory Day. I don’t expect the chain to obey the order. Now a certain nuclear plant where they are basing a lot of heavy equipment could lead to a major accident. And it will be academic who started it.
