The City of Kherson is Liberated

Yesterday we knew the Armed Forces of Ukraine was on the city's outskirts. This morning, where I am its morning, we woke to the liberation of Kherson. This is a strategic defeat for the Federation. I also woke up to a plausible message in General SVR because we have seen signals that Russians want to negotiate.

Before I put that in full, there are a few caveats. General SVR has been fantastical in some respects for some time. They also are good at putting dangles for chiefly the British yellow press; however, this is possible. Or at least some aspects. Why? Depending on how bad the massacre was and how many Russians survived and either surrendered or were taken prisoner, Russia might have lost as high as one-fourth of its force in Ukraine.

They culminated as a force months ago. Now they are a press gang of badly equipped soldiers. In the east Russian soldiers will refuse orders even more. This defeat will play havoc internally as well.
