That is your bias, not mine. It is based on this thing called research, a registry and experience. What pray tell you I said it was will power? This must be your hangup. I have no will power. I just do what I know works for me. However, there are a few things I avoid with a passion, cause they are addictive by design... HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS.
It is to the point that yesterday I had to take a highly processed, FG waffle cause tummy issues after gluten exposure. I have not eaten that crap in a good while. My taste buds went...what the fuck is this? Why? I am no longer addicted to this crap.
But if you read that as will power, your issue, and I see you have a few issues. Have a nice day, and good luck. You will need it. You also probably have to do the HARD WORK that leads to the kind of permanent weight loss that is possible, but requires a lot of work, and zero will power.
OIh and your opinion is wrong, there is this thing called a registry... you may want to go to the link in the article and READ some infoprmnation on this. Or perhaps you need to give up and keep where you are. I really do not know yiou but those are the kinds of self conversations that are not healthy.
