For the last piece of the year, we went to walk along the beach. It was one of those rare high surf hits the beach. So, as a palate cleanser of last year's events, I want to share some of the photos we took.

Yes, we took part of the morning, before the last year of the year, to get some fresh air. To get some salt water and coffee. The seagulls also looked cold, but that was not particularly surprising. We left my service dog at home because we knew it would be cold and wet. Dexter needs to handle it better. But since he does not, he waited for us at home.

So, with no further, here is a goodbye to this year. Enjoy the photography. It’s mostly my husband. Mine is the juvenile seagull standing there for his close-up. The location is the Chrystal Beach Pier in Pacific Beach.
