Today, I want to look at strategic messaging. It does not matter if this is done in wartime, on the road to war, or in the realm of politics.

This will be a somewhat unusual piece. It is not just SVR preparing the information space for the coming war with NATO. It is also the French who are starting to prepare their people and domestic politics regarding the looming shutdown. It may seem unconnected, but good communication is of strategic value.

Russia

Let me start with this from the SVR. Usually, we hear from the FSB, but these two are the two sides of the KGB.

This is the clearest accusation. Granted, Russia is trying to prevent a war with NATO, even if it wants one. They want to split the alliance. We have seen posts in Russian Telegram. I will give you two examples:
