Some of these facilities are really old. Doors at a certain damn may be some hacking, but Russia still works pretty much analog.

Somebody pointed to me why recruiting stations are targeted. All the data necessary for call up is still in paper files.

I knew they were behind the west. It’s been like this since the dawn of the computer age, but the last decades were not a time to mostly catch up. And now they are going to have trouble importing toys with cheats, let alone state of the art computer systems.
