Mobilization has been a disaster. We know this. They have no winter uniforms. They have no logistics. They are bringing people in that no longer know how to be soldiers.

There is more. Just like casualties have affected minorities the most, call-ups are doing the same. This is according to Russian sources:

▪️It turned out that the highest proportion of mobilized in the Primorsky Territory (1.3% of men of working age), and the lowest — in the Novosibirsk region (0.2%). That is, in the Primorsky Territory, more than six times more men were mobilized than in the Novosibirsk Region, if we take into account the number of inhabitants of the region.
