Russian Mobilization

Separatist troops

Right now we know Russia is having a serious issue replacing losses. Rumors are even floating that they will throw the same units they just pulled out of Kyiv into the Donbas. There are valid reasons to throw them back into the fight…if you want dead heroes. Some of these units committed war crimes, so getting them killed solves that problem for the Russian Federation. It is a very Russian solution.

Dead heroes will never contradict the official story. Remember, the official story is: We did not do it. It was the Brits, no serious, it was them.

From a military sense, it makes no sense. These units have been greatly degraded, and are combat ineffective. But having these soldiers charge Ukrainian positions will achieve the goal of dead heroes of the Russian Federation.

But at this point, it’s not just about creating dead heroes. It’s about getting combat strength back up. It’s about rebuilding units. And here is where they come into trouble.

The first is that by law conscripts are not supposed to see combat. We all know better, but for the moment this limits some of this refilling. Or at least until the troop's sign contracts, and we know this is happening. It still means that they are having personnel issues.

This is why Vladimir Putin is desperate for a general mobilization but had to pull back from doing…
