It is genocidal in intent. It matches other periods of Russian history. It’s not a joke, even if our political leaders seem lost because of elections. Yes, I know politics gets in the way of good policy, somewhat of a weakness of democratic societies. That is until we get something like a Pearl Harbor event because countries like Russia read our doubts as weakness.
