Ukraine is ready for negotiations with the Russian Federation at the second Peace Summit, but on its terms, said the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Ermak.

“There is no compromise with independence, no compromise with sovereignty and territorial integrity. We are looking for an opportunity to present this plan to the representative of the Russian Federation. We think that this can happen at the second summit,” he said

There was a peace conference in Switzerland trying to bring this European war to an end. It is becoming a priority, and we can expect another session before the end of the year. This is from the website, and no, Russia is not part of it. Though there is an intent to bring them to the table at some point:

The summit will build on the discussions that have taken place in recent months, notably the Ukrainian peace formula and other peace proposals based on the UN Charter and key principles of international law. The overarching objective of the summit is to inspire a future peace process. To achieve this, the summit intends to:

Provide a platform for dialogue on ways towards a comprehensive, just and lasting peace for Ukraine based on international law and the UN Charter
