Russia Going Backwards and US Politics

Let me start with Russia today. Incidentally, most of Russia's Internet access is not limited to Rostov. But this gives us a good idea of what is happening, and what is happening is not surprising.

Rostov authorities announced that they will limit mobile Internet from June 3. It did not work almost all weekend, and since the beginning of the week, it has been turned off periodically and jammed at night. Rostov residents told a MO correspondent how they live without a stable connection.
