Recently I had to since urgent care was not available. I knew it was not serious, but provider wanted an X-ray to discard a possible fracture. As a former medic, brought a book I expected to be there for a few hours since triage. Was surprised I was out in three, but it was a slow day.

Strange story of the ER. When medic I split a lip. Well, code trauma came in, waited for a few hours to get that taken care off. The fun part was the third gen antibiotics. But hey, it is what it is. And funny stories, we all get our share. But yes, a quiet patient, especially the peds kind, were always the scary ones.
