Palm Sunday: Attack on Civilians in Sumy

Palm Sunday is the second night of Passover. For many people, it is a day of rest and prayer. So first, let’s look at this from Volyamedia’s almost detached point of view. It is the view of an analyst:

Attack on Sumy: the logic is the same as in Krivoy Rog

On the morning of April 13 (between 10:18 and 10:22), the Russian Armed Forces struck Sumy with two Iskander-M missiles from the Kursk (112th Missile Brigade) and Voronezh Regions (448th Missile Brigade). The strike hit the building of the Congress Center of Sumy State University and the building of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business Technologies of the same university.

Both missiles had cluster warheads, meaning they were originally intended to cause maximum damage to manpower. This “force” was once again civilians, who were caught in the street or in nearby houses. At the time of publication of the post, 34 people were killed and 99 were injured. Most of the dead and injured were near the landing site of the second missile. The bulk of the striking elements hit a passing trolleybus with passengers.
