Ok, I will quote a few in the field. Do whatever is sustainable and enjoyable for you over the long haul. If what works for you is a keto diet, go for it. If this is CICO, go for it. If it is the twinkie diet, go for it.

I know that a keto diet is not sustainable for me. Also, after asking a few doctors, due to my own medical issues, it would be the exact wrong thing to do for my heart.

In other words, not every approach work for everybody.

However, I find very little need for any will power on my part. This has been the easiest weight loss in my lifetime. It is a no brainer. And the app I use it’s easy to use, and it lives on my phone and gets the results I want. Incidentally, part of my results is making sure I eat enough in the day.

I watch some macros, but that has to do with WHAT medical conditions I have…not because I am trying to do a specific thing.
