Of course. I don’t expect most of the military to take sides…but my expectations may change if things start to happen. It is still a low probability.

As to secession, Texas v US to be specific, the current SCOTUS is the fracture. Precedent, as they showed with Roe, is not their thing. Hypothetically if oh California v US came before them, I am betting they would ignore Texas v US.

Granted, this is how low the court has gone in most peoples estimates. One of the many pieces on the court’s crisis…
