Russia will regard the use of a “dirty bomb” by Kyiv as an act of nuclear terrorism, said Vasily Nebenzya, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, in a letter to the organization’s Secretary General.

He called on the West to influence the Kyiv regime to abandon plans for such a provocation, and stressed that Russia does not intend to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

Russia has a bad habit of accusing others of what it intends to do. The early years of the Federation were full of suspected false flags used to get people behind the Chechen wars. At this point, Russia is losing in Ukraine.

Mobilization is going badly. Yet, they seem to have brought more people in than they can properly train or equip:

Russia has already mobilized (at least) half a million people. More precisely, at least 492,000 men in 75 regions, Mediazona found out.

Putin, we recall, promised to mobilize no more than 300,000 people. With the announcement of the mobilization, the conscripts played 31,000 “accelerated” weddings — these are those who received the summons and immediately went to get…
