I have a bottle of one of those low fat chocolates that needs to go to the trash. You really do not need all the artificial sweeteners. And there is an emerging body of evidence that points to sugar addictions in hyper processed foods, which is one reason for the weight gain, and it makes losing it difficult as well,

Yes, I am to the point that I use a processed food to treat sugar lows....think about this, cheerios have so much added sugar that I use that to treat a sugar low. Not honey nut, regular, old fashioned cheerios. Dog kicked me out of bed, since yup, hypoglycemia.

Low fat yogurt is incidentally bad about that,. Especially the flavored ones. Tons of added sugar
