Not really, because this is precisely how the Russian propaganda channels on Telegram are using him. They are not giving much details. Just saying Ukrainian nationalists are going to Bandera. It’s the same un ironic way that Soviet propaganda used Symon Petlyura in the interwar period.

It became a place holder for all the disdain to the nationalist aspirations of the nation.

Bandera was not a nice man. However, in this context, there is very little explanation of who he was, or what he did. It’s just they went to Bandera in Russian propaganda.

I personally doubt most Russian soldiers know who either of these two men were. Or any major outlines of their role within Ukrainian or Russian history.
