Rospartizan managed to get their hands on internal documents about the state of the Russian army. This is the kind of material that is invaluable to assess the morale of this army. Let’s say command and control leaves a lot to be desired. And troops are mostly left to their own devices:

From the enemy documents we obtained. Report (with some of our abbreviations) by the deputy commander of the Southern Group of Russian Forces, Lieutenant General Zharov, on the state of discipline and the level of crime in the group of forces for the first three months of 2024 (compared to the same period last year).

A huge increase in the crime rate is visible in almost all units and formations of the Southern Group of Forces — in some places multiple times. For example, in the infamous Third Army Corps — 8.2 times, in the Eighth Combined Arms Army — 14 times.

The Russian army is rapidly decomposing, turning into a gigantic drunken and disheveled organized crime group — this is known to all. And not only in the “Northern Military District zone”, but also in places of permanent deployment — the plague of dehumanization is spreading. But here we see dry figures directly from comrade generals.
