Noise from Gaza

So, overnight, we had an interesting post on Israeli Telegram. It shows some desperation on the part of Hamas. Fun fact: this would require deep edits in that charter of theirs. However, it points to how badly they are losing in this war:

Senior Hamas official Musa Abu Marzouk made an unusual statement that Hamas must recognize the State of Israel. In an interview from Qatar to the Al-Monitor website, Abu Marzouk added: “The official (Palestinian) position must be respected, the PLO recognized the State of Israel.” He also said that Hamas is interested in being part of the PLO and must respect its commitments on the matter. Abu Marzouk even said: “Israelis deserve rights, but not at the expense of others.”

Why is this? First, there is a likely sense of change in Gaza. People are finally getting more vocal, short of a couple of protests a couple of years ago. I am sharing this because it matters.
