Negotiations with Russia

The call was today. And a few hours after we got the above White House readout, Russia attacked Ukraine’s infrastructure. Russia is massively attacking Ukraine, as I post this. It has not gone into effect right now, but it tells you what Russia thinks about this. And yes, I also have the Russian readout below.

The energy truce has already been broken by the Russians: they have now hit the Sloviansk substation, half of the city is without electricity
