They are doing all of this. They have a history of doing this. They destroyed Grozny and Aleppo. None of this is new in the Russian way of war. It has not changed much. Whether it was the armies of the Tzars, the Red Army, or the Russian army.

Why they do it, the RUSSIAN generals told you why. They want to force a surrender. Instead, Ukrainians want to liberate the country and remove every last Russian from its territory.
