My blood pressure is in those Goldilocks zones with so little meds I surprise myself. But yes, I measure it twice a day. And mine is as accurate as the doctors. I made also sure it was a well known brand, even if more expensive than the el cheapo model at Costco.

I used to have a manual model, and know how to use it. But single handed is more difficult.
