Losses and Battlefield Conditions: HIMARS
We know Ukrainian claims regarding the losses of logistics and Russian command and control. They have told us that HIMARS is effective. This Russian channel tells us the story from a Russian point of view.
I think it’s important to understand that both sides don’t agree, for example, the number of storage facilities hit. In fact, Russians are working with fewer supply depots hit; for example, it could be a measure of how they count the strikes. If multiple strikes one a single facility mean just one facility, and we know multiple strikes have happened, then it also makes sense.
