Let me rewrite this with a few caveats.

Carbs are fine as long as they are complex carbs. Meaning, no processed food.

Second caveat, some of us are highly sensitive to them, and would love to get rid of T2D. Guess what? That does not happen with carbs. Or at least too many of them.

Third caveat, obesity is a disease, it’s a symptom, of hormonal dusfuntion, and while there are obese people who are metabolically normal, the majority are insulin resistant. There are also thin people with it, so don’t think being thin means you are free and clear

Fourth caveat, intermittent fasting helps to reduce that insulin resistance.

Fifth caveat…not all feeding methods will work for all people.
