If there is any constant in this strange war, it is that we pretty much know when Moscow is getting desperate. How? They start talking about nuclear threats. The latest is this incredible piece of fantasy from a somewhat news channel on telegram. Mind you, the noise of this is all over Russian channels:

Kyiv is ready to detonate a “dirty bomb” at the behest of the Anglo-Saxons Over the past two days, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has raised concerns about a possible provocation by Ukraine with the use of a “dirty bomb” to three colleagues — from the United States, France and Turkey.

Joseph Stalin was positive that England was plotting war with Russia in the interwar period. Later, when England provided intelligence that Germany was going to invade, Stalin dismissed it as a British lie or plot.

After the war, the US became the main adversary. It remains to this day. So to see this conspiracy emerge is not particularly strange given the historical context.

▪️ As previously reported, the East Mining and Processing Plant in Zhovti Vody (Dnipropetrovsk region) and the Kyiv Institute for Nuclear Research are engaged in the creation of a “dirty bomb”. She will be ready soon. As usual, not without Britain: at the command of Zelensky, secret negotiations are underway with it on the supply of nuclear weapons…
