Keep promoting the Standard American Diet... we all know it is so healthy that we have a global epidemic of metabolic syndrome. But go on.

By the way, in the process of reversing my diabetes. and yes I eat plenty of above ground vegies. drink whole fat milk (which has protective characteristics for diabetes, its the amio acid chain), and we still do not load up on steak or red meat. It is still a rare thing.

What we do, I guess you are going to be shocked is fish. and when. we eat any meat. poultry. lamb or beef, it is not CAFO raised, because that makes it processed.

Why it works has to do with the insulin theory of obesity, but that is a whole different conversation. Fun fact, not all doing keto avoid veggies, and load up on bacon. In fact. responsible keto, healthy keto, aims to get enough fiber in the diet, which another fun fact, does not need grains.
