It’s the photo from his TL on twitter. It’s a better photo from the others circulating. However, per his own TL he voted for Trump in 2016. At best he is politically confused. That TL should be a good starting point for an insanity defense if he gets a capable lawyer.

Myself, don’t care who or what he voted for. This will be for both the defense and prosecution, as well as a jury. I will not be surprised in the least if a capable lawyer attempts an insanity plea.
