Istambul, Russian Airports, and the Russian Budget

We have news that Ukraine’s President Volodomyr Zelensky is traveling to Ankara to meet with President Vladimir Putin. The latter, no surprise, is not going. We have the list of people representing Russia, and it is clear that Russia means this as a partial insult.
