Is Russia Signaling it Wants to End The War?

Yesterday something happened in between all the threats of a dirty bomb. To be fair, most people who matter are not showing any fear. So yesterday, Russia sent signals that it wants to talk.
Yes, I am reading the leaves here. However, I am not the only one. A Russian telegram channel picked the same thing I did in Tass. So first, the Tass post, with the proper highlight:
